I started out of a spare room and scaled into a national ecommerce operation. Detroit to Kansas to Oregon—sourcing product, building warehouse ops, selling on Amazon, StockX, and direct to consumers. Eight figures in revenue. I know what it takes to build something from nothing.

Operations is where I live. Warehouse logistics, fulfillment systems, pricing strategies, inventory management, team coordination—I've obsessed over all of it. Not because someone told me to, but because getting it right is the difference between scaling and drowning.

Somewhere along the way, I got tired of the spreadsheets. The copy-pasting. The "this should be automated" feeling every single day. So I started building. No CS degree. No engineering background. Just problems that needed solving and the stubbornness to figure it out.

Started with Google Sheets formulas. Then Apps Script. Then Chrome extensions. Then full web apps. Now I build the internal tools that run entire operations—employee dashboards, commission engines, fulfillment automation, the works.

I'm not a dev who learned ops. I'm an operator who learned to build. That's the difference. I've been in the trenches. I've lived these problems. And now I help other operators solve them too.
